Not only do social distancing mandates and isolation ideals affect interactions, but there is a sense of fear amongst people to purchase products of services and to bring them into their homes. That is why CitiQuiet wants to assure you that we are taking extreme measures to ensure that your safety and comfortability is not compromised with our services.  As many people find themselves at home more and more, you may discover that now, more than ever, you could benefit greatly from soundproof windows. CitiQuiet offers state of the art soundproofing to exceed all of your expectations and needs. Our services are still available to you at this time, but it is essential that you feel safe and comfortable when we enter your home. That is why we are taking extra precautions to ensure that you have nothing to worry about when we arrive. 

COVID-19 Precautions

  1. Temperature Checks

All CitiQuiet employees will have their body temperature taken each and every morning before they are permitted to work that day. 

  1. Surgical Masks

Our team will wear surgical masks as one precaution to address any concerns you may have. 

  1. Face Shields

Additionally, the CitiQuiet team can wear face shields in and outside of your home in order to make you feel more comfortable. 

  1. Surgical Gloves

Surgical gloves can also be worn as a preventative measure. 

  1. Booties

Finally, booties can be worn in the home to ensure that the CitiQuiet team can provide our unbeatable services to further reduce the risk to you and your loved ones.  We believe these measures will better protect you, your family, and the CitiQuiet family each step of the way. If there are any additional safety measures you would like us to take, we are happy to do so if possible. With so much stress in the world right now, your safety with CitiQuiet does not need to be an area of concern. We will do our best to take care of you as we have taken care of our clients for the past 27 years with our same great service, with extra precautions that will help to ensure that you and your loved ones stay safe in this trying time.  In these unprecedented times, we are doing all that we can to help our customers.  In an effort to provide your windows in a timely matter once we reopen, CitiQuiet is now offering virtual site consultations.  During a virtual site consultation, a CitiQuiet noise consultant will FaceTime or Zoom (your option) with you and if you have a tape measure will guide you through the process of measuring for a CitiQuiet window.  If you do not have a tape measure, we will do our best to estimate the window size based upon the historical data we have.  This will not be the measurement utilized by CitiQuiet to manufacture your window, but we will use it to estimate a price for you.  While on the call our noise consultant will be able to see the window, give you his expert opinion, and answer any questions that you might have.  After the virtual visit, you will receive a CitiQuiet proposal enabling you to move forward with your order.  Once our office and factory reopen we will send a field technician to confirm the measurements allowing us to manufacture your windows.  Please note, due to the high level of interest in placing an order all orders will be processed on a first come first serve basis.   If you require any further information please feel free to contact us by phone at 212-874-5362 or fill out the contact form on our website.
