CitiQuiet Installs Windows for Microsoft

Microsoft sought to upgrade their office windows and entrusted CitiQuiet to install new, premium fire-rated windows in their Flagship store located on Fifth Avenue in New York City. Microsoft’s New York office building is a registered historic building, built in 1930. To continue to preserve and update this building, Microsoft chose to invest in state-of-the-art fire safe windows for their top two office floors.

Fire-Resistant Windows

This past month, our CitiQuiet team installed premium fire rated windows for the Flagship store for the sixth and seventh floor. The project took around 3 weeks in total to install 11 very large windows that are custom-made to provide the greatest heat protection for the top two floors of the Microsoft office.

Noise Reduction in Just 7 Days

With CitiQuiet, you don’t have to wait months for peace and quiet. Our soundproof windows can be custom-made and installed in as little as 7 days from order to completion.

The fire-resistant windows at CitiQuiet are specially designed to withstand the spread of fire for up to 2 hours or 120 minutes. These exceptional fire-resistant windows are custom-made from heat reflective glass material to reduce the amount of heat that can transfer. The windows are surrounded by a steel frame, which is, of course, the most fire-resistant material.
